I create nourishing, family style meals prepared with organic, locally, and consciously sourced ingredients. Herbal teas, cacao elixirs, and desserts are adorned with edible flowers. Medicinal herbs are woven into the experience, bringing beauty and intention to every table.

For mothers welcoming new life into the world, I offer nourishing freezer-friendly meals and thoughtful snack baskets designed to aid in recovery and support lactation. These meals provide comfort, convenience, and the extra layer of care every new mother deserves.

The Divine Mother Package

The Divine Mother includes approximately 30 lbs of nourishing, 100% organic meals and thoughtfully crafted recipes created to support you through the postpartum season. Each meal is freezer-friendly, easy to reheat, and designed to nourish you and your growing family for 3–4 weeks.

A stocked freezer of warming, nutrient-dense, easy-to-digest meals means one less thing to think about during those precious early weeks. Simply warm, nourish, and enjoy ~ without the planning, shopping, or cooking.

The Divine Mother is an ideal offering for new mamas who want to feel deeply nourished and cared for while adjusting to life with a new baby, while also having plenty to share with the whole family.

Many families choose to receive this package once a month during the first few months postpartum, creating a continued source of wholesome, nourishing meals as they settle into their new rhythm.

Meal Prep & Cleanses

Eating well doesn’t need to feel overwhelming.
I draw on holistic tools and knowledge to guide your journey—from deep cellular nourishment to gentle cleansing.

To support gut health and balance from within, I prepare homemade probiotic yogurts and offer weekly meal prep services for those seeking a healthier rhythm (or simply more time in their week).

For seasonal reset and restoration, I provide guided cleanses: juice cleanses in the fall and spring, and Ayurvedic-inspired cleanses in the winter~ each designed to help you reset, restore, and thrive.
