RETREAT BREAKFAST
SAMPLE MENU 1
breakfast bar: 4-6 dishes, savory & sweet option
* coconut + vanilla bean chia seed pudding w/ toppings; cacao nibs, goji berries, golden berries, mulberries, fresh blueberries and raspberries, homemade sprouted granola, bee pollen
* herby green frittata w/ organic pasture raised eggs
+ nettle basil pesto + breakfast salad (arugula, sprouts, balsamic glaze, evoo + Celtic salt & black pepper)
* rosemary & ghee roasted sweet potatoes

* morning mushroom cacao; Guatemalan cacao infused w/ medicinal mushroom blend of chaga, reishi, lions mane, & turkey tail. made w/ coconut cream & sweetened with raw honey.
