RETREAT BREAKFAST
EXAMPLE 1
breakfast bar: 4-6 dishes, savory & sweet option
* coconut + vanilla bean chia seed pudding w/ toppings; cacao nibs, goji berries, golden berries, mulberries, fresh blueberries and raspberries, homemade sprouted granola, bee pollen
* herby green frittata w/ organic pasture raised eggs & nettle basil pesto
* rosemary & ghee roasted sweet potatoes
