Here we have some sample menus so you can get an idea of what I offer at retreats. RETREAT BREAKFAST

EXAMPLE 1

breakfast bar: 4-6 dishes, savory & sweet option

* coconut + vanilla bean chia seed pudding w/ toppings; cacao nibs, goji berries, golden berries, mulberries, fresh blueberries and raspberries, homemade sprouted granola, bee pollen

* herby green frittata w/ organic pasture raised eggs & nettle basil pesto

* rosemary & ghee roasted sweet potatoes

* steamed greens

* morning mushroom cacao; Guatemalan cacao infused w/ medicinal mushroom blend of chaga, reishi, lions mane, & turkey tail. made w/ coconut cream & sweetened with raw honey.

* red raspberry leaf & oatstraw tea w/ lemon wedges on side

EXAMPLE 2

breakfast bar: 4-6 dishes  

* bone broth congee w/ crispy shallots topping

* steamed greens

* soft-boiled eggs

* ayurvedic spiced oats w/ sprouted toasted pumpkin seeds 

* cardamom & cinnamon stewed apples

EXAMPLE 1

macro bowl bar: 

* bases: tricolor quinoa, basmati rice 

* proteins: crispy chickpeas, soaked + pressure-cooked adzuki beans

* vegetables: roasted cauliflower, roasted red cabbage, shredded carrots

* toppings: alfalfa/clover sprouts, pickled red onion, sauerkraut, avocado, sliced radish 

* sauces: tahini ginger sauce, roasted beet hummus 

+ simple garden salad with cilantro lime dressing

* blackberry lemonade adrenal support cocktail, refreshing and stress-reducing w/ fresh blackberries, lemon, honey, mint & sea salt.

build your own tacos/burrito bowl:

* black beans, spanish rice

dessert: Lemon Nettle Cake (remineralizing & delicious) almond flour cake with whipped coconut creme & lemon zest, sweetened with maple & garnished w/ edible flowers.
