Infertility has been on the rise in recent years, and many women struggle with hormone imbalances, irregular cycles, or difficulty conceiving. I know this personally. Just a few years ago, I lost my period for eight months. Through intentional dietary changes that helped balance my hormones and support a healthy metabolism, I was able to restore my cycle naturally. This experience taught me firsthand the powerful connection between food and fertility.
Supporting fertility through nutrition is about honoring your cycle and giving your body the nutrients it needs at each phase. Eating with your cycle can help regulate hormones, support energy, and prepare your body for conception. <3
1. Menstrual Phase (Days 1–5) WINTER
Focus on replenishing iron and supporting gentle detoxification.
